The year 2020 will go down in history! How you choose to live in the year is up to you. Having had so much change over several months, it’s the ideal time to take a good look at how you are living, get clarity on what you can do to improve your health, and take the time to make your health a priority.

I run mine every other day, alternating with the humidifier. It’s important to look for an air purifier that reduces 99.9% of bacteria, mold spores, and viruses. To do this, the HEPA filter must remove particles as small as 0.3 microns. Remember that number when you are looking for an air purifier!
