Fun Facts: I am a whole food, plant-based (WFPB) vegan trail runner. I am also an actor, director, and writer.  I have appeared in theatre, film, web series, and commercials. I've gone skydiving, rappelling from cliffs, and caving. I am in a Curling League. I'm a published author, an avid reader, and a supporter of libraries. I LOVE all animals and enjoy hiking with my Shepherds and playing with my cats! I train and handle pet dogs and working K9s (police, protection, scent detection, and search and rescue).
